Donna has won numerous Canadian Home Builder Association awards for both Sales and Marketing including the prestigious American Standard Award for Sales Excellence, three Gold Georgies for Top Salesperson and twice as Top Sales and Marketing Team in British Columbia. Notable achievements including the appointment as VP Sales and Marketing for Intergulf Cascadia and well as Director of Marketing for Three Sisters Mountain Village.
Paul Kelsch, President
While working in the construction industry in Vancouver, Paul was asked to join the Milborne Real Estate team as an area sales manager (Milborne went on to become Playground marketing at Intrawest). During his career at Milborne Paul managed the Furry Creek site and was also a team player in the Electra. He was recruited by Intergulf Development Group in 1995 and over 5 years succeeded in the 100% sell out of 7 new condominium projects in Kitsilano, as well as 1 in Tsawwassen. In 2004 Paul founded Starpointe Project Sales and Marketing in Calgary as he saw the increasing void for professional sales teams. Paul has an impeccable track record for new condo or new custom homes sales management. He will be available for your new home project when his current site reaches the 100% sold out status, which is estimated to occur by the end of 2010.
Mark Kelsch, Sales Manager
Mark started in new home sales in Calgary in 2005 where he sold condo conversions in the SW Canyon Meadows subdivision. Following this he went on to sell his first new construction condo project in Marda Loop which was followed by a sell out of the remaining inventory at a high end condo project in Canmore, Alberta. In 2006 Mark took on a new condo project from the ground up, pre-selling 68 condos within 3 months in Winfield BC. He was transferred to a single family project in Westbank, BC where he received extensive training in the custom home market. He then was recruited to take on his first land sales project in West Kelowna where he succeeded in selling 30 high end estate lots. He accepted a position in Edmonton where he is area manager for one of Edmonton’s premier builders.
